Results are up for today’s racing – check the results page here. You can also find the Elite Series points table on the same page – I will endeavour to make it look prettier over the coming months!

If there’s any discrepancies please email timing@ambc.asn.au and I’ll look into it.

Results will be finalised by Thursday morning.

The next round in the Enduro series is open for registration – Sunday 1st June. To register – click here – at this stage we are planning for Prospect Hill, but due to logging operations the race maybe relocated. Stay tuned for details!

Results are up for the Summer Series Race 3 – check the results page!

Thanks to all the volunteers that helped out today to make everything flow well. Thanks to all the racers for, well, racing! There were no left over sausages for my dinner tonight, so it looks like it was a hit once again!

When is the next race???? Well, I’m glad you asked. The committee has been working in the background to put together the 2014 race calendar.

This year we kick off with the Hammer Nutrition 4 hour Enduro Round 1 on 06th April 2014 – click here enter. The 2014 Enduro series page contains all the information for enduros.

We’ve also added the Elite Series this year – cash prizes for series winners – check out the page for all the details – click here

Series entry is also an option this year. Series entry is for the 3 x Hammer Nutrition 4 hour Enduros and 3 x Giant XCOs. Check out the Elite Series page for more info on gaining your discount series entry – click here – you don’t have to be racing in the Elite categories to get the discount. Series entry will be open until 10am 05th April 2014.

Here’s the preliminary results from the first race of the summer series. If there’s any issues with them, e-mail timing@ambc.asn.au and I’ll fix them up.

Well done to the winners in each grade. Good work by Michael Denton – jumping into A Grade and finishing 10th.

On another note – Round 1 of the MTBA National round is fast approaching – 17th-19th January – and we are calling for volunteers. Details of what is required are as follows –

Registration

Friday 9am – 12 and 4 – 7pm – 1 Club Volunteer required

XCE Friday 4.30 -7.30

5 volunteers are required to run the XCE Timing which is manual ( DK will be one)

During heats we require 2-3 course marshals as well.

XCO Saturday

Rego 7.30 – 9.00am – 1 club Volunteer

Timing system

3 volunteers required (compulsory)

On XCO course Saturday

XCO pedestrian cross overs – 2 vollys

Feed zone – 1 volly

Tech zone – 1 volly

On course marshalls x 3

Top feed, water mister – 1 volly

If you or someone you know are able to volunteer any time to help make this event happen smoother please e-mail racevolunteers@ambc.asn.au. No experience in MTBing is necessary and some job roles may be able to break down into half days as well.
