Volunteering is an integral component of every mountain biking event and your support is essential in delivering not only successful but memorable events.
Keen to help out? We desperately need volunteers at events. If you can lend a hand and support your local mountain biking community, please contact the volunteer coordinator. You can also check the latest volunteering news posts.
All volunteers will get a briefing of their duties, and recieve discounts on future race fees.
We need volunteers to help out with a variety of duties:
- Designing (trail maintenance) race courses
- Setting up the courses
- Marshalling
- Sign on
- Packing up
- Timing
If you are racing and have family or friends that would be prepared to help out – even if its just for an hour or so, please let the volunteer coordinator know. Many thanks to the very generous people (members, their families, friends and the general mountain bike community) who have volunteered their time and skills to help out at our events. We cannot do it without you!
