Hammer Nutrition 4 hr Enduro Round 2

Register now for the Hammer Nutrition XC Enduro Series Race 2 at Prospect Hill, Sunday 01st June 2014. Registrations close online, the day prior at 10am. There will be no on the day registration. Please contact timing@ambc.asn.au if you have any issues with registration.

The club can confirm that we will be using Prospect Hill for this race. Logging is happening in the area, so it might be your last chance to race there for quite some time! We are looking for volunteers for the following roles:

  • Two people to provide BBQ services;
  • Four people to assist with track set-up on Saturday 31st May;
  • Two people to assist with registration – handing out race packs – the time keeper will handle any tricky questions;
  • Two people to provide assistance with track pack-up;

All volunteers receive a free, transferable race entry – this entry can be used for any grade and qualifies for the elite series entry – a BBQ’d delight and a refreshing beverage to wash it all down with. If you can assist, please email racevolunteers@ambc.asn.au to register your interest.

If any junior riders are interested in riding as a duo but don’t have a partner, please contact juniors@ambc.asn.au for information.

Volunteer call for track prep 1st September

AMBC Giant XCO track prep at Mt Torrens (Township).  Members are invited to attend and participate in track preparation followed by a ride of the Course. Bring along your rake (if you have one) and a gold coin donation for the landowners.  Start at 10:00am, Sunday 1st September.

Reminder: Giant XCO series round 1 this Sunday

1185305_10151525675410666_167536498_nRegister here for round 1 of the Giant XCO Series at Eagle MTB Park this Sunday 18th August. Please note, there will be no on-the-day registration, this event is strictly online registration only. Registrations close the day prior at 10am.

The XCO series page has been updated with relevant race information for this years series – such as start and finish times (they have changed), presentations, sign-on and race plate info.

If you would like to volunteer some time before each race start to help out at registration please contact timing@ambc.asn.au . First run registration is 08:30 – 09:20; second run registration is 10:30 – 11:20. All tricky questions will be handled, so it will just be to help hand out race packs.
