PONY EXPRESS RACE POSTPONED
With the current weather forecast for this weekend the AMBC committee has made the decision to postpone the pony express to next Sunday, 13th December 2015. Current entries will be rolled over to the new date. If you are unable to race on the 13th then email timing@ambc.asn.au and we will process a refund on race entry fees.
BUT GET ENTERING AND WE’LL SEE YOU ON THE 13th
You can still go in to the draw to win an awesome Giant Anthem. The raffle is still open and tickets can be purchased on line. The raffle will be drawn this Sunday 6th December at 11.30am at the Victoria Hotel. The winner will be advised and the result posted on line. If you would like to purchase tickets online:

Summer race calendar

Do you have good intentions to race the State Champs? Have you registered yet? if you haven’t, you should. It’s way more fun to race than not. Even the time keeper is going to try!

Remember that the State Champs will also incorporate the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Now is the time to elect for any position on the committee. If you feel you can assist in any way, then let us know. We have quite a few vacant positions that need filling for next year – two are race critical:
- Registration Coordinator
- Timing Coordinator (can’t race – paid position)
- Media Coordinator
- Sponsorship Coordinator
- Secretary

All positions are declared vacant and any positions that have two or more nominations will be put to a vote by club members only. It is much easier to do this if we know in advance.
