Don’t forget to register by 10am tomorrow morning for the first round of the Giant XCO series at Eagle park.
First run racers start at 9:30am. Second run racers roll of at 11:30am. Sign on opens an hour before each run start.

MTBSkills.com.au will be running a “Getting Race Ready” skills session on 27th July. Remember the $59 for this session includes your race entry fee! Click here to register
If you’re interested in helping with any of the events for the coming rounds, get in touch with our volunteers co-ordinator – racevolunteers@ambc.asn.au – we award hugs, free race entry, beverages, goodwill and often some food at the races (some items are optional).

Just a reminder about the trail prep happening tomorrow (Saturday 21st June) morning at 9am – directions here. Bring some appropriate clothing and whatever tools you can muster – more hands the merrier.
AMBC reccommends people wear long sleeved shirts and pants, a hat, sunglasses (if it’s sunny), sturdy shoes and gloves.
After we’re done with the trail we can romp around it for a few practice laps – SO BRING YOUR BIKE AS WELL!
Only MTBA members or day license holders can attend due to insurance reasons – so if you haven’t got an MTBA membership, make sure you’ve registered for the race – click here
The committee has decided to host the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2014 at the State Championships – Sun 16th Nov 2014 – at Anderson Hill Winery alongside presentations.
There will be calls for nominations for committee positions and reminders closer to the date!
The decision was made based on the idea that a large majority of club members will be present on the day, so votes will be easy to cast for all – HEAR! HEAR!
There is a separate “End of year” function being planned for early December, so stay tuned for more details on that one as well!
