The State Championships is a stand alone event that determines who is entitled to call themselves the champion of South Australian XCO mountain biking. The title is recognized at AusCycling national level events and is an important stepping stone for riders, both established and aspiring.

Day license and Trial memberships are not sufficient memberships for State Championship events. Your entry will be reviewed and if you’re membership is not sufficient, an email will be sent to alert you. If no response is received, your entry may automatically be refunded.

2023 Annual General Meeting:

As per tradition for AMBC, we will be hosting the club Annual General Meeting within quick succession of the racing on the 25th September 2022.

This involves presenting volunteer of the year awards, a quick member update and financial review and voting of the 2023 committee, the last part being the most important.

All positions on the committee, that is President, Race Director, Treasurer, Secretary, Volunteer Coordinator, Junior Development, Sponsorship and Social Media; become vacant at this time, and we hope to receive nominations for each position over the course of the month – feel free to get in contact with us with any questions! Any adults are eligible to make a nomination. The commitments are generous, and usually involve a meeting on Monday nights approximately 2 weeks before a event, in addition to general communication via email + group chat.
